Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, external vendors, and internal teams to coordinate efficient and timely project management.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for all strategic client initiatives.
- Manage quote inquiries, including logging and processing them through the ERP system, to ensure seamless service delivery for our clients.
- Lead strategic account planning to enhance client satisfaction, including annual reviews and strategic discussions to align with client needs and business goals.
- Oversee contract and purchase order review and processing - either directly or through a designated team - to ensure seamless client service.
- Ensure adequate demand visibility in the ERP system to support operations and meet client needs effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to enhance client partnerships, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Work with Whitesell's Accounting Department to ensure clients maintain agreed-upon payment terms, facilitating issue resolution for smooth account transactions.

Qualifications

- Experience: 10 years in account management, client success, or a related field, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain, or related sectors.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong technical skills and ability to interpret complex technical requirements, offering customized solutions that meet client specifications.
- Education: A BS or BA is strongly preferred, though equivalent work experience that demonstrates client management skills is also valued.
Skills
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication—written, verbal, and interpersonal—with a talent for building strong client relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems. Engineering-related education or technical aptitude is a plus.
- Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgment calls in client-related matters.
- Math Skills: Comfortable with calculations, including decimals, fractions, percentages, and basic formulas.
