Summary: Perform daily corrective actions and routine maintenance on equipment and facilities. This will include machine fabrication, repair, and troubleshooting. Also included is facilities maintenance such as carpentry work, hardware installation, and plumbing. Must possess electrical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair machine electrical components.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Troubleshooting and mechanical repair of machinery.
· Perform oil changes, preventive maintenance, and general repair on all machinery.
· Corrective action of headers and threaders, optic sort and automated pack line, and any other machinery based on work requests.
· Rebuild mechanical components of equipment.
· Minor machine electrical troubleshooting and repair.
· Fabrication.
· Facilities maintenance.
Education and/or Experience:
· High School diploma or GED required.
· At least 2 years of multi-craft maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
· Electrical aptitude required, including basic troubleshooting and repair of machine electrical components.
· Ability to understand machine operator manuals, including parts lists and diagrams.
· Ability to complete basic computer skills (email, maintenance tickets).
