Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to operate multiple manufacturing machines and perform a wide range of machining operations. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to producing high-quality components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines to perform tasks such as turning, milling, drilling, press brake, laser, and assembly.
- Study drawings and specifications to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Perform inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators.
- Conduct SPC analysis and maintain accurate data records.
- Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and replace tools as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot tooling issues.
- Prepare materials, including loading bar stock or plastic materials into machines.
- Execute secondary operations like grinding, deburring, sanding, and polishing.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper condition of workstations and molds.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities, including close vision and depth perception.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles.
- Moderate noise levels in the workspace.
- Adherence to safety standards and proper equipment usage.

- Experience with measuring and inspection tools.
