Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect with, and build relationships with small to mid-sized businesses in need of working capital.
- Present and explain our funding options, including lines of credit, term loans, SBA loans, and merchant cash advances.
- Consistently prospect new leads via outbound outreach (cold calls, referrals, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage a pipeline of deals, follow up diligently, and close with confidence.
- Collaborate with team members to improve strategy and maximize client value.
- Stay educated on current financial products, underwriting criteria, and industry trends.
- Maintain professionalism and hustle daily to exceed targets and KPIs.
