Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with small to mid-sized business owners to offer flexible working capital solutions.
• Educate clients on funding options such as term loans, lines of credit, SBA loans, and merchant cash advances.
• Generate and manage leads through cold calling, outreach, and referrals.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with our team to strategize and close deals efficiently.
• Hit or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in business lending to better position our services.

What We Offer:

• $35,000 base salary 20% commission
• First-year earning potential of $60,000 (top reps earn significantly more)

Compensation Package:

• $35,000 Base 20% Uncapped Commission
• Bonus Opportunities

Pay: Up to $70,000 in the first year (Top performers can exceed this)
