GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing accurate and efficient resident apartment and common area painting and wall coverings. Duties to include (but not limited to) the interior and exterior maintenance of painted areas of the campus.
Essential Job Duties:
- Perform residential painting/wallcovering as scheduled.
- Maintain the esthetics of high traffic common areas. (Painting and wallcovering).
- Restore painted areas in vacated apartments to new-like conditions.
- Perform custom painting/wallcovering services as contracted by residents.
- Perform drywall repairs as needed.
- Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
- Assists, during winter, with snow removal efforts
Other Duties:
- Maintains all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition.
- Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to use power tools and painting equipment. High school diploma or GED. Three to five years of painting/wall covering experience in a residential setting.
