Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other labor laws.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies.
- Collaborate with management on succession planning and talent management initiatives.
- Manage administrative tasks related to HR functions, including maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
