Job Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of human resources management principles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other labor laws.
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies.
  • Collaborate with management on succession planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to HR functions, including maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.

Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of human resources practices and principles.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong skills in recruiting and talent management processes.
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage contracts related to employment agreements.
  • Proficient in using ATS software for recruitment tracking.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on interpersonal interactions.

This role is essential for fostering a supportive work environment while ensuring that the organization adheres to best practices in human resources management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
