We seek an Asbestos Surveyor to collaborate with our team at Whitestone Associates, Inc. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and contributing to our company's continued success.
- Carry out pre-demolition/asbestos renovation surveys in compliance with applicable regulations;
- Accurately assess and document ACM presence in surveyed buildings;
- Collaborate in preparing comprehensive ACM survey reports and abatement design documentation;
- Remain up-to-date on emerging industry trends and regulatory changes.
Essential Requirements and Skills:
- Relevant professional experience (1-5 years) in asbestos surveying;
- Valid certifications in AHERA or local City/State guidelines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Flexibility to travel to job sites in New Jersey and surrounding areas;
- Capacity to work effectively in both autonomous and collaborative settings.
