Position Overview :
We are seeking a Geotechnical Senior Project Manager with 8 years of experience to oversee and manage a wide range of geotechnical projects across the New England region. This position requires expertise in conducting and supervising geotechnical investigations, stormwater management evaluations, field testing, and engineering analyses. The Senior Project Manager will take on a leadership role, managing both projects and junior staff while ensuring the highest standards in project execution, client satisfaction, and firm growth.

Key Responsibilities :
Technical
- Lead and oversee site visits, soil sampling, borehole drilling, test pit investigations, and other geotechnical fieldwork to assess subsurface conditions;
- Supervise geotechnical testing and monitoring during construction, ensuring compliance with design recommendations, material specifications, and regulatory standards;
- Conduct field observations and tests, interpreting data to ensure accurate and reliable results and solutions for complex geotechnical challenges;
- Prepare detailed geotechnical reports that include data interpretation, engineering analyses, and actionable recommendations tailored to client needs and project goals;
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders; and
- Develop and design geotechnical solutions, including foundations, slope stability, retaining walls, and soil improvement techniques, based on subsurface investigations and analyses to meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
