We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Golf Clubhouse Attendant to join our team at Whitetail Run Golf Course. As a Clubhouse Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse facilities. Duties
- Greet and assist guests as they arrive for tee times, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clubhouse areas and golf cars.
- Assist with food and beverage service operations, ensuring that all food and beverage offerings are presented and served promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Support events management by setting up for activities, coordinating schedules, and assisting guests during events.
- Monitor the activity of golfers on the golf course.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members alike.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
