We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Junior HR Generalist to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the HR department's success. The Junior HR Generalist will focus on payroll administration, benefits administration, and employee relations, ensuring that our team members experience seamless HR support.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Process and manage payroll accurately, resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Support employee benefits programs, assist with enrollments, resolve claims, and ensure compliance with COBRA, FMLA, and other regulations.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, assist with HR investigations, and support engagement and satisfaction initiatives.

- 1-2 years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll or benefits administration preferred.

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
