About the role
We are looking for a skilled Marine Construction Field Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, removing, and maintaining piers, boat lifts, and accessories using hand tools and machinery. You will play a key role in the construction, maintenance, and repair of marine structures, including welding steel and aluminum components. The work will take place in various weather conditions, requiring adaptability and a strong work ethic.
What you"ll do
Assist in constructing, maintaining, and dismantling docks and piers.
Load, unload, and distribute building materials and equipment.
Operate hand and power tools; maintain tools properly.
Follow safety procedures, including using personal flotation devices.
Clean sites and remove debris from barges and waterways.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous marine or construction experience is advantageous.
