We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of pier and boat lift installations. This role is hands-on, requiring expertise in job site management, surveying, scheduling, and leading construction projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Surveying & Planning : Conduct pre-construction site surveys, assess conditions, and develop accurate project scopes.
- Project Scheduling : Create and manage project schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion.
- Job Site Leadership : Supervise crews on-site, provide direction, and ensure all work aligns with Summerset Marine's quality and safety standards.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary contact for clients, keeping them informed on project status and addressing concerns.
- Resource & Equipment Coordination : Manage materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
- Problem-Solving & Risk Management : Proactively address challenges, implement solutions, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Quality Control & Safety Compliance : Conduct site inspections to uphold safety standards and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
- Post-Project Support : Provide guidance on maintenance and service needs after project completion.
