Description
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION
The purpose of this classification is plan and manage the operations, staff and resources of the County Animal Shelter.

Typical Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associateýs degree with course work emphasis in business management or a related field; supplemented by three years of progressively responsible animal control experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driverýs license.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience with animal adoption programs, spay and neuter programs and / or no kill shelter will be a plus but not required.
