What are the responsibilities and job description for the BEHAVIORAL HEALTH RN ASSISTANT DIRECTOR position at Whitfield Regional Hospital?
Must have attended an accredited School of Nursing with current unencumbered Nursing License if Alabama as a Registered Nurse. License maintained with timely completing of CEU's and licensure acquisitions.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a RN in a healthcare facility with experience in Behavioral Health preferable. A proven track record of successful performance must be clearly demonstrated. There shall be demonstrated knowledge and successful experience in managing divisional systems of governance, fiscal, environmental, human resource, clinical, community based.
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, implement, lead, direct staff, coordinate and communicate on a general administrative level in terms of general hospital and healthcare administration with the personnel, Board, Medical Staff, community and the regional and state and national healthcare levels.
A demonstrated understanding of the administrative, clinical and technical systems and phases of Agency management and healthcare operations and the ability to work independently in resolving strategic and tactical (operating) problems without impairment and intimidation, with objectivity and principle.
A valid and current Alabama Driver's license without felony driving convictions and access to a reliable automobile.
Currently BLS certification.
