POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Building Systems Energy Engineer / Analyst to support energy efficiency and green building projects. The individual will support and lead tasks in the following areas :
- Assist with energy audits to identify energy and cost savings measures, i.e. ASHRAE Level 1-3 energy audits
- Performing utility billing and interval data analysis, and energy benchmarking
- Conducting spreadsheet analysis and assessment of energy conservation measure (ECM) improvements
- Developing custom spreadsheet calculators and analysis tools
- Developing construction cost estimates for ECMs and determining economic paybacks.
- Commissioning and retro-commissioning of building energy systems
- LEED and green building consulting
- Communication of results from analysis verbally and customer facing written reports
- Effectively communicate with clients
- Supporting business develop activities
- Building / Developing an energy model for customer
- Energy Audits
This position will manage junior analysts and junior building engineers and will be in the Clifton Park, NY HQ 3 days a week.
