● Provide instructional support under the guidance of certified teachers and non-instructional assistance under the supervision of the Principal. ● Offer direct, individualized support to students, implementing IEPs as directed by teachers and specialists. ● Maintain clear communication with teachers and the Principal regarding student progress and completed tasks. ● Ensure the safety and well-being of assigned children in various school settings. ● Assist in creating a positive learning environment by preparing materials, reading to students, and supporting classroom activities. ● Provide constructive feedback on student work as directed by the teacher. ● Maintain accurate records, conduct inventories, and perform basic administrative tasks as needed. ● Assist with behavior management and reinforce positive student conduct. ● Support students' social and emotional development in alignment with school policies. **************************************************************************************************************************** My application affirms, that I have read and understand that the information which I have provided with this application process and the accompanying resume is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.
