School Building Secretary- School Year

School Year Secretary is needed for our intermediate school - grades 4-7. This is a union position and is paid in accordance to the union contract. Provides support to the Principal, other administrators, and the Staff in the achievement of the school’s mission. Completes correspondence, document preparation, and other forms. Keeps financial, student, staff, and other records as may be required in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements. Maintains the office schedule. Directs students and parents to the appropriate personnel. Prepares letters, reports, documents, checks, warrants, requisitions, and schedules. Provides information to the staff, students, and families. Sets up and maintains records in a manner that promotes the efficient operation of the office.
