Workers’ Compensation Applicants’ Attorney
Whiting, Cotter & Hurlimann, LLP is a growing workers’ compensation law firm that represents injured firefighters and peace officers. We are looking for an attorney with preferably 1 year(s) of workers’ compensation experience (defense representation experience is highly welcomed).
We are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong attention to detail that wants to make an impact on the lives of our injured safety officers.
We will mentor you to develop your skills to effectively represent injured safety officers. You will have the opportunity to flourish in our practice.
Our Santa Ana/Tustin office is in a Class A building with an on-site cafe, covered parking, security, and gym. Our work environment is supportive and collegial. We offer:

Salary: Salary to commensurate with experience plus performance-based bonuses.
Qualifications:
-Licensed by California State Bar and be in good standing
-1 year(s) of experience in workers’ compensation (preferably)
-Strong writing and verbal communication skills
-Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
-In-office position with travel to WCAB venues as necessary
