Position Description
Whitley Fuel is a progressive family owned and operated company seeking a motivated and energetic individual for our Inside Sales Administration Specialist position. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. This full-time position will work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm in our Okanogan, WA office.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry within Backoffice software
- Updating delivery tickets and creating orders. Input previous days delivery information and work with operations to maintain healthy inventory levels and ensure inventory variations are accounted for.
- Work with the Director of Sales to develop processes to maintain great customer service and support sales staff by gathering order information to ensure operations have all the viable information for a successful order.
- Complete advanced projects in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Occasional lifting in excess of 30 lbs.
- Occasionally operate forklift
- Perform all other office tasks
- Complete special projects as needed by Management

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or other related fields
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Outlook, QuickBooks)
- Proficient in computerized accounting systems
- Excellent customer service skills over the phone and in person.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Professional demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
