As a Deal Advisory Intern, you will:
- Participate in financial due diligence engagements related to acquisitions by private equity investors and corporate buyers.
- Advises on a broad range of transaction services to clients on both the buy side as well as the sell side.
- The Deal Advisory team has significant experience advising clients on quality of earnings, other aspects of due diligence, and post-acquisition matters.

Our internship program is designed to give you the opportunity to work in a public accounting firm and get a true experience of what the day-to-day responsibilities for Associate level professionals are.

You’re a great fit for a Deal Advisory Internship if you:
- Are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a Financial planning degree.
- Will be CPA eligible upon graduation (within 18 months of internship)
- Are authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and not require current or future sponsorship
- Possess excellent communication skills and professional presence
- Exhibit a high level of dedication with a positive attitude
- Are a team player who takes initiative and is willing to learn
Expected Graduation Date with a Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree:
- December 2026
- May 2027
