WRA is seeking a Part-Time Technical Specialist to join our Transportation - Traffic Group in our Pittsburgh, PA Regional office.
Come join our collaborative team of engineers to work on a variety of challenging transportation - traffic projects. WRA has a strong mentoring culture and a focus on staff development.
Requirements :
- Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering or other related field - PhD preferred
- 16 years of progressive experience in traffic and / or ITS engineering
- Experience using traffic guidelines, such as AASHTO, MUTCD, Highway Capacity Manual and Highway Safety Manual
- Documented expertise in Automated Traffic Signal Performance Metrics
- Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, or Utah.
