Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Remote (Travel Required Within the U.S.)
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (Commensurate with Experience)
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of experience selling services to accounting professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outsourcing, accounting services, or related fields, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business opportunities within the accounting industry.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including CPA firms and accounting professionals, to promote outsourcing and accounting services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the accounting services sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the U.S. (West Coast & East Coast travel required).
- Work closely with internal teams to tailor service offerings based on client needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in selling services to accounting professionals.
- Background in selling products or services to a CPA & Accounting firm is a must.
- Strong background in outsourcing, accounting services, finance, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in sales, prospecting, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the U.S. for client meetings and industry events.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong ability to work independently.
