Job Title: Senior Tax Manager

Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Our client, a highly respected CPA firm specializing in tax advisory and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and businesses, is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join their growing team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work with in-office collaboration in Westchester County, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, ensuring high-quality work and career progression.
✔ Review and oversee tax returns for HNW individuals, partnerships, corporations (S & C Corps), and trusts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
✔ Conduct strategic tax planning and advisory services for clients, optimizing financial outcomes.
✔ Manage client relationships, providing expert tax insights, regulatory updates, and tailored tax solutions.
✔ Research complex tax matters, staying ahead of evolving federal, state, and multi-state tax regulations.
✔ Work closely with partners on firm initiatives and business development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ 10 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
✔ CPA or EA certification strongly preferred.
✔ Deep expertise in HNW tax strategies, partnership taxation, trusts & estates, and corporate tax.
✔ Strong technical skills in GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance regulations.
✔ Proficiency with Lacerte, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and tax research tools.
✔ Excellent client-facing, problem-solving, and communication skills.
