Salary: $140K–$180K (commensurate with experience level)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth clients and family offices.
- Review and oversee the preparation of complex income tax returns for individuals, trusts, family partnerships, private foundations, estate, and gift taxes.
- Provide tailored tax planning and advisory services aligned with clients' financial goals.
- Interpret tax law changes and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client financials to identify planning opportunities and mitigate tax liabilities.
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior tax professionals.
- Stay abreast of federal, state, and local tax law changes and industry trends.
- Communicate complex tax strategies in a clear and professional manner to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA certification preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax advisory and compliance, preferably working with high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
