Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active and unrestricted license to practice in the District of Columbia
- Bilingual in Spanish or Amharic
- Experience working in an integrated care setting
- Experience working with underserved populations
- Experience providing tele-behavioral health services
- Experience working with electronic health records
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide evidence-based behavioral health interventions to patients, including individual, group, and family therapy
- Collaborate with medical providers and care teams to provide integrated care to patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic health records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients

Salary : $68,320 - $85,400
