Job Description:
Proven work experience as a Car Salesperson or similar role. Must have a professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude and have the ability to be competitive while maintaining the client’s best interests. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer service and negotiation expertise. Relevant training and/or certifications as a Car Salesperson are required.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Take initiative in keeping/creating a safe work environment, paying attention to surroundings and participating in keeping self and coworkers safe.
- Engage with customers in a face-to-face setting, professionally ensuring their needs are understood and addressing any questions or concerns they may have; must be able to inform customer of all available vehicle options and accessories
- Complete a preliminary appraisal and walk around accompanied by the customer utilizing our inventory management application
- Provide a seamless transition from customers who inquired online and welcoming them to the showroom for the next step in their journey to the sale
- Ensure delivery is completed in a timely manner
- Follow up with customer according to procedure to ensure we retain Customer’s For Life! Ask for/generate referrals through our customer network
- Daily walk around of the lot and “bullpen” so you become familiar with the inventory and products
- Generate leads or implement a lead generation program to increase sales, improve ROI and maintain a competetive advantage.
- Must maintain a CSI Score of >4.7
Other Responsibilities:
- Complete all tasks in the CRM
- Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets
- Assist with the set up of showroom and promotional displays and keeping a clean showroom and dealership
- Complete all Manufacturer training in a timely manner
- Wash customer vehicles when requested
- Performs other duties as directed.
