Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and vendors. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Act as a notary or be willing to obtain notary certification (company will assist with the process).
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Manage the distribution of keys to tenants and vendors.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate schedules and manage conference room bookings.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the copier and postage machine.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the office.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in an administrative or front desk role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
