Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Coordinate property maintenance activities and ensure timely repairs are conducted.
- Implement strategies for maximizing occupancy rates and minimizing turnover.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets for each property, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Collaborate with legal teams on lease agreements, contracts, and compliance with Section 8 regulations.
- Train, supervise, and mentor property management staff to enhance team performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for facility management services.
Skills
