Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, conducting property tours, and ensuring all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks on potential tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
- Collect security deposits and rental payments from tenants
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including inspections and key exchanges
- Respond to tenant inquiries and address any concerns or maintenance requests promptly
- Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, showings, and lease agreements
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, rental rates, and property availability
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle leasing paperwork efficiently
