Your Role
- Meal Preparation: Work with the dietary team to prepare balanced, flavorful meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
- Service Excellence: Serve meals professionally, ensuring residents feel cared for and respected.
- Safety Standards: Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and adhere to food safety protocols.
- Collaboration: Partner with staff to accommodate individual dietary requirements and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Attention to Detail: Monitor food inventory and assist in ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or assisted living environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic dietetics principles and food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation practices.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timelines.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
