Responsibilities:
- Lead housekeeping operations to maintain impeccable cleanliness in residents' rooms, common areas, and living spaces.
- Perform thorough floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet care, ensuring a pristine and safe environment.
- Identify and address safety hazards promptly, fostering a secure living space for residents.
- Report repair and maintenance needs in a timely manner, contributing to a well-maintained facility.
- Oversee laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and residents’ clothing with care and precision.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene throughout the facility.
Qualifications:
- Housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, especially in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
