What You’ll Do as an NOC Shift RN:
Provide overnight nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Assess and monitor residents, responding to changes in condition with swift, effective interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Document care and maintain accurate records to support resident health plans.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents throughout the night.
