What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Supervisor position at Whitney's Farm Market?
We are looking for a full time detail oriented Landscape Operating Field Supervisor to join our team at Whitney's Farm in Cheshire Mass. This person will follow the direction provided by our project manager and will complete high quality installations of projects for our clients. The work will primarily consist of Monday through Friday
Requirements:
Must have a Hoisting License/DOT Medical Card
Preferred Landscaping Knowledge
Run light Excavation Equipment
Detail oriented and able to track personnel, material and equipment
Ability to lead, teach and motivate crew
Ability to communicate with the project manager to ensure a smooth work process
Able to meet deadlines and problem solve
Quality Driven
Must be able to communicate with clients in a professional manner
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Must be punctual
Must have reliable transportation
