We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Industrial Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Whitridge Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing high-performance manufacturing equipment for precision coronary catheter devices.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop equipment strategies to ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in production.
- Collaborate with process development, R&D, and Quality teams to define equipment direction.
- Lead feasibility studies, process selection, tooling/fixture design, and coordination with third-party equipment fabricators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- 10 years of experience in the industry, preferably within ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 medical device manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in medical device assembly equipment design, from manual assembly aids to complex automation.
- Strong experience managing relationships with third-party design and fabrication providers.
