Culinary Operations Role
We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Supervisor to join our team at Whitsons Culinary Group. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate staff to meet operational needs.
- Conduct daily inspections of the kitchen and work areas to ensure proper sanitation and maintenance.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to resolve issues and address employee concerns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in food service cooking required; contract food service experience a plus.
- High school graduate or equivalent required; prior experience in food service supervisor role preferred.
- Must be Serv Safe certified or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of entering position.
