Culinary Staff Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dining Hall Attendant to join our team at Whitsons Culinary Group. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve food according to menus and in correct portion sizes
- Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping of floors, cleaning of equipment and work areas, dishwashing, and pot washing
- Brew coffee, fill beverage machines, set up hot and/or cold food area
- Deliver food to staff, students, and catering events
- Ensure compliance with all state, Federal, local health department requirements for safe food handling
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to speak and read English in order to understand and perform job assignments
- Extensive physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling
