Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Berkeley, IL, for a Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, planning/scheduling orders and collaborating with other teams to enhance the customer experience.
