Dining Services Coordination Role
We are seeking a skilled Dining Services Coordinator to support the daily operations of our dining services team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule events, including catering, conferences, and banquets.
- Assist with menu planning, ordering, and inventory management.
- Support the preparation and serving of meals, including food preparation, plating, and presentation.
- Collaborate with management to resolve issues and address employee concerns.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent required; prior experience in food service supervisor role preferred.
- Must be Serv Safe certified or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of entering position.
- Basic knowledge of food service sanitation and proper food handling skills required.
