What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOOD SERVICE WORKER - HAUPPAUGE position at Whitsons Culinary Group?
Work Schedule - Mon - Fri 9 : 30-1 : 30 pm Subject to Change
Payrate : $16.50 / hour
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to speak and read English in order to understand and perform job assignments.
- Extensive physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, (up to 40 pounds) bending, pushing, and pulling.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot and cold) due to cooking and refrigeration equipment.
- Always present a positive and professional image.
- Basic English Reading and Writing Skills
- Helps in the preparation of meals
- Serves meals to students and staff in accordance to HHFKA.
- Cash Handling, use of POS, counting and compiling deposits.
- Dishwashing and cleanup after meal service.
- Able to Pass Background Screening and Fingerprinting
- Attend all necessary trainings.
