Job Description
Join us as a Client Services Specialist, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences by partnering with Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers. Your contributions will directly impact our high-net-worth clients and their unique financial journeys.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers to enhance the advisory process.
- Engage in strategic discussions regarding client scenarios to provide valuable insights and solutions.
- Establish and foster meaningful relationships with clients while operating in an advisory capacity under the guidance of PMs / RMs.
- Attend and actively participate in client meetings and events alongside Portfolio and Relationship Managers.
- Promptly address routine client inquiries through various communication channels.
- Assist in creating exceptional presentation materials and performing sophisticated financial modeling.
- Act as a project manager, working with both internal teams and external experts (e.g., tax, legal, real estate, lending) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document client interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Prepare essential custodian paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements.
- Facilitate cash and security transactions efficiently.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at streamlining operational procedures across the firm.
- Support business development efforts to enhance our services and outreach.
