Position Overview: You'll be the go-to gal for our brides and their parties, helping them find their dream gowns and accessories. You'll be building long-lasting relationships, attending trainings, assisting on the store floor, and making each bride feel special. Plus, you'll be part of a team that goes above and beyond for each other and our customers.
Part-Time: Up to 30 hours/week
What You'll Do:
- Crush personal and team sales goals
- Help brides find the perfect gowns, fits, & styles
- Connect with brides' family & friends
- Follow up with brides who didn't purchase to drive sales
- Perform tasks like steaming, cleaning, tagging dresses, and team projects
- Handle administrative duties like managing store emails and answering phones
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1 year retail experience preferred
- Hard-working and takes initiative
- Team player with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Must be available on Saturdays
- Ability to multi-task and follow instructions
- Professional presentation and adherence to dress code
Other Skills:
- Warm and welcoming demeanor
- Desire to make every appointment memorable
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Comfortable with computers and relevant software
Pay: From $14.00/hour
