Job Description
As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Manager and contributing to the success of our organization.
Duties
- Execute HR-related tasks efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
- Prepare and distribute employee handbooks, pre-employment paperwork, and other necessary documents
- Coordinate and schedule internal events, meetings, and trainings
- Monitor and maintain accurate records related to employee leave, benefits, and other personnel matters
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to address ongoing issues and implement solutions
- Complete additional tasks as delegated by the HR Manager
Qualifications

- Reside within a reasonable distance from Whitworth's location in Hardinsburg
- Physical stamina to meet job demands without restrictions
