Key Responsibilities
As an HR Assistant, you will assist the HR Manager in managing various aspects of HR operations.
Tasks
- Process weekly payroll, manage employee vacation requests, and oversee performance evaluations
- Develop and maintain employee records, including those related to hiring, termination, and leaves
- Coordinate company-wide events, including meals and picnics
- Maintain a library of pre-employment paperwork, orientation packets, and employee handbooks
- Prepare and present routine HR reports to management
- Schedule and administer drug tests for employees as needed
- Perform additional duties assigned by the HR Manager
