Job Description
WHKY, LLC, an 85 year old company in Radio, Television and Digital media seeks a Digital Media Campaign Manager who is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels like social media, email, search engines, and display advertising with the goal of driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and achieving specific marketing objectives. Candidate will manage campaign budgets, target audiences, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics to maximize ROI. Candidate will work with existing sales team to identify prospects, perform CNA and create a plan based on clients needs. Provide post campaign reports and statistics to clients.
Our ideal candidate will be an out of the box thinker who is a goal oriented individual motivated to win new businesses and exceed monthly goals with digital marketing plans. This candidate will have an understanding of digital products SEO, SEM, social media targeted campaigns and web site development for clients for marketing/sales. Candidate will be self-motivated; results oriented and have an outgoing, resilient personality. Responsibilities
- Manage, renew, and renegotiate terms with existing clients or potential clients to generate revenue for radio, TV and digital media.
- Prospect meetings with potential clients to perform CNA.
- Ensure all process timelines are up-to-date and met.
- Make sales presentations to establish and build positive relationships and rapport.
- Work as a partner to help clients reach their goals.
- Maintain good client relationships while building new client relationships.
- Meet strict deadlines and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Research potential new business accounts and prepare work plans and activity reports on a regular basis.
- Exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas.
- Address any necessary issues with potential clients before contracts are signed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Past radio, TV or print advertising sales experience is preferred.
- A demonstrated record of success in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong skills in planning, communicating, organizing, and developing team and customer relationships.
- Ability to develop a strategic sales marketing plan.
- Proficient in prospecting high potential accounts and setting up appointments.
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities are essential.
