Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT-related projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and emails from users experiencing technical difficulties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
- Support users with operating systems, application software, and network connectivity issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level IT staff or vendors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, actions taken, and resolutions.
- Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures related to system security, backups, and data management.
- Participate in basic IT projects, such as software deployments, system upgrades, or network maintenance.
