Join Our Team: Per-Diem In-Home Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Early Childhood Intervention, 0-3)
Whole Child Occupational Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a per-diem position with a focus on early childhood intervention (ages 0-3). This role offers flexible hours, up to 35 hours per week, with health insurance benefits available after 26 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Provide play-based occupational therapy interventions for children ages 0-3
- Conduct developmental assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and early intervention teams to support child development
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Educate families on strategies to promote independence and developmental growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid California OT license and NBCOT certification
- Experience working with children ages 0-3 preferred—training provided if needed
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of early intervention best practices, laws, and regulations
