The Senior Designer will report directly to the Design Director. This individual will be responsible for designing print and digital deliverables from concept to completion as well as art directing photoshoots. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience designing for all channels, who understands the opportunities and limitations of channels to best tailor design and messaging to the placement.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who's receptive to feedback, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with changing priorities. This individual should be able to take direction and thrive in a collaborative environment. Beyond that, we are looking for someone who can not only surface great ideas, but who can sell those ideas up and defend them across the department.

This role is based in Austin, TX with an expectation of being in the Store Support office five days a week.

Responsibilities :

• Designing large scale, business critical projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
• Creating assets for in-store, digital and social media environments.
• Implementing a strong working knowledge of visual design, brand, interaction design, user-centered experience design and the creative process
• Helping mentor and lead creative staff to maintain consistent creative quality and brand execution.
• Art directing photoshoots.
• Confidently presenting creative to stakeholders.
• This is a traditional art direction and graphic design role. Not a UX / UI design role.
