The Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include operating a voice-based headset system, manually stacking product onto pallets, and preparing product for shipment. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating electric/motorized ride-on standing pallet jacks, maintaining a safe working environment, and adhering to Good Organics compliances when stacking product.
This position requires strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a team-player with a positive attitude, able to work well with others and independently with minimal supervision. Physical requirements include the ability to stand or walk at least 10 hours, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation. A valid driver's license is not required for this role.
A typical shift for a Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator may range from 8-10 hours long, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Team Members receive their schedule up to 3 weeks in advance. Desired Work Experience = 1-year related work experience preferred. Education = High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
