Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Member to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining general cleanliness and safety on the floor, in seating areas, restrooms, and back offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Support all teams with cleaning projects
• Help with cleaning emergencies
• Maintain the store's landscaping and parking lot
• Work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings
• Immediately report safety hazards and violations

Requirements:

• Knowledge of WFM culture, quality standards, core values, and products
• Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectful manner to fellow Team Members, customers, and vendors
• Understanding of and compliance with WFM quality goals
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
