Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Member to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining general cleanliness and safety on the floor, in seating areas, restrooms, and back offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Support all teams with cleaning projects
- Help with cleaning emergencies
- Maintain the store's landscaping and parking lot
- Work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings
- Immediately report safety hazards and violations
Requirements:
- Knowledge of WFM culture, quality standards, core values, and products
- Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectful manner to fellow Team Members, customers, and vendors
- Understanding of and compliance with WFM quality goals
- Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
